Sadara Petrochemical Company, he has held key leadership roles in managing and
optimizing physical assets across multiple plants. Abdulhadi holds a Master’s
degree in Engineering Management from King Fahd University of Petroleum and
Minerals and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University
of North Carolina at Charlotte.
Throughout his career, Abdulhadi has demonstrated strong
expertise in asset management, maintenance strategy development, and project
execution. He has led commissioning and startup projects, supported equipment
reliability programs, and managed preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
Abdulhadi is also certified in PMP, C-KPI, and has undergone extensive
leadership development training, showcasing his ability to lead multi-skilled
teams while driving process improvements and operational efficiency.
